  • Hi Monica. You can not imagine how helpful is this kind of exercise. It helps me against stress situation. I follow the same steps you illustrate here. Instead of using my living room or dining room rugs or any other at home, except when I deep clean / shampoo them. I use a coconut fyber entrance mat and my scrubbing brush. I only place in position as you indicate, spray the brush with some cleaning solution drops and scrubb the mat 5 minutes in the morning and also at night. Thank you.
