using all the star power will not always net you a higher score. it depends on where you use it. ive seen songs end with some star power(not usable) and be the optimal score. there is no name for hitting all the star power and fcing the song(that i know of) you can fc a song without hitting all the star power. if you think otherwise you are either wrong or ignorant(not an insult)
