Claire and Alex's relationship was the best, besides Nick and Tess. I JUST watched the episode where Claire died. I bawled. >_> I was fine until Alex found out, then i lost it. I don't WANT to keep watching it.. but I will because i love this show.

I'm in the middle of season 2. The worse thing this franchise ever did was let Lisa leave the show. Cuz the heart of this show was Claire, FULL STOP! thanks so much for this wonderful video! @maipigenDK I did also feel as you did when I watched finally season 7 & 8. I just couldn't help to think that the acting with Lisa & Aaron was just much more sweeter. Like the real Alex & Claire. Simone on the other had came in & worked so hard to carry this show all the way to the end. Thats why it feels so bitter sweet to me. Even after Bridie & Myles leave I felt ok. But shows that the franchise kept replacing the heart of the show with 1/2 hearted characters. So sad, sigh..lol

When Claire died I cried so much, she's my favorite character. But i listened to an interview with her, and she said that if claire would've stayed, the things she had done would just be getting repeated. I'm not saying it's good she left the show, but if she would've stayed longer the quality of the serie would just be getting worse. But it really is the saddest episode there is.

I agree. I stopped watching the show after the fifth season or so... after Stevie left I just couldn't watch it anymore. It was horrible when Claire died, and horrible still when Tess left.

I loved M's daughters in the first few seasons. When Claire died, I thought, well there's still Tess and Alex and nick. And we all know what happened to them all.But the last nail for me was when Alex and Stevie got together - I liked stevie and feel both she and Alex deserved happiness, don't get me wrong - --- but i just feel that Alex and Claire's relationship was so much more...epic I think...
