  • my dumbass cousin said they were ICP without the make up. But thats why he's a dumbass!

  • "We're going to ROCK Your asses off!" The Mack Daddies of Hardcore.

    R.I.P. Public Enemy!

  • wasn't this public enemy's only match in the wwf?

  • GOD I MISS THE WWF

  • They should have stayed in ECW or at least should have made some pressure to be treated as they deserved to be treated. Haha, this thing with the blood in the end is just stupid, because in their ECW battles these two guys had to deal with much more blood than here on their faces :D

  • @ProWrestlingWatcher PE was made into a joke long before they went to WWF. They were a joke in WCW with the arm waving and their "lodi dodi dodi, we likes to party" gimmick. The fans didn't care bc very few gave a shit about ECW.

Shane Douglas, Sandman, Jazz, Taz, Raven, and every other ECW name debuted to silent crowds in WWE & WCW bc ECW had little to no following. Now years after ECW has collapsed, every person who worked there is some sort of God.

  • @StuUngar PE did the hand waving thing In ECW but ECW was great for them cuz PE weren't really great wrestlers and i agree bout WWE and WCW fans not giving a shit about ECW stars hence y nobody gave 2 shits about Sabu Sandman among other being in either organization Except the Dudleys who were pretty much over in WWE despite comming from ECW

  • @jamille5150 Yeah, and that's not to downplay ECW. While ECW was good, cutting edge, innovative, etc, old school ECW is overrated. For a lotta guys like Jericho and Malenko, it was a short term place to hold them over until they went to one of the bigger feds. Other guys like RVD, Dudleys, Raven, Foley, etc, had to go elsewhere to really make a name for themselves.

Then there were guys like Dreamer and Douglas who were, imo, overrated themselves.

  • @StuUngar Overrated to who? Its fans? Its core of fans were really all that mattered to its success and legacy. It went under because it only appealed to core niche markets.

  • @mmscott9 I agree with that and I've got no problem with people who were big fans of ECW. It wasn't my cup o tea, but diff strokes for diff folks ya know?

Im mostly referring to ppl who became ECW fans post 2001 bc it was the hipster non-mainstream thing to do. If ECW had as many fans back then as they do today, they wouldve never folded.

    .

  • @StuUngar When Taz debuted against Kurt Angle, did he get a huge pop or a silent reception?

  • @mmscott9 I def don't remember it being a huge pop. But I saw it live and havent watched it since.

If I remember right, he debuted at Madison Square Garden too. MSG always has a lot of smart fans attending, not to mention it's not far from Philly. If there was any reaction, they were the ones cheering.

  • The Brood had one of the best entrances ever

  • That match needed tables or weapons and Edge actually came close to breaking his neck at about 2:50 into this video had he tried to take that double team move as a back body drop.

  • it's so weird hearing WWF...or writing it.

  • The Original Mack Daddies of Violence! "We're Going to rock your Asses off!"

  • Nice attempt WWE for trying to bury an awesome tag team such as TPE!!

  • M & M just killed epic moment

  • they both went to WCW after this LOL

  • @PoeticDeathJuggajugs I realize nothing!

  • Damn Public Enemy would've had a decent feud with The Brood if they were properly treated!

  • Awesome Gimmic and Entrance and Theme Song

  • gangrel was such an underrated wrestler, HE deserved more than he got

  • Buh Buh Ray looks skinny as hell here. And D-Von hadn't gotten his tan yet. Ah, the good old days.

  • @Inediblehulk ROFL

  • @Inediblehulk wow. You realize those guys are different wrestlers right?

rocco rock and johnny grunge are their own characters.

  • RIP Ted!!!

  • someone needs to post the video of the public enemy's last match in the wwf. the acolytes beat the shit out of them...i think it was a sunday night heat match

  • @DREADS613

    I'd like it

  • I bet if they brought back tag teams like The Brood, Ministry of Darkness, Brothers of Destruction, etc, the WWE would be making more money than they are now. Fuck the WWE of today. They're fucking up big time.

  • fucking attitude era man.

  • edge was with undertaker before he was with gangrel.. but I think.. Gangrel made edge the wrestler he is today.. Thank you Gangrel for grooming edge to the awsome super star he is today

  • that was a historical night kane vs undertaker inferno match

  • This would of been a great rivalry if the WWF wrestlers and executives didn't

act like a bunch of five year olds. Sorry but it's just how I feel.

  • RIP Public Enemy

  • i have to say after all the years i watched wrestling i still think THE BROOD has one of the best theme entrances and song....i miss the old WWF...before it became WWE :(

  • No matter how many times I watch this

I am still disgusted at how the WWF

    treated Public Enemy. The office

executive's should of let go of whatever

Public Enemy said to them and let by

gone's be by gone's. And the wrestlers

    too.

  • waddyu mean, what did Public Enemey do to WWF ?

  • I'm not intirely sure, but I read in a book

that they said something to that pissed

off the executives. Also a few of the WWF

star's were not happy that they went to

WCW back in 1996. They could of gone

to WWF but chose WCW instead. Which

is dumb for the other wrestlers to get

made about since some were in WCW

    before.

  • I also wanted to add that the other

wrestlers of WWF would of went to

WCW as well if they were offered more

    money.

  • @Dane333

Back in 1995 they were in talks about coming into WWF and it was a near done deal when they jumped to WCW leaving WWF high and dry

  • da da da da that music is da da da da awsome

    lalalalalala

  • 2.10 the start of the poatry in motion lol

  • the broods music was fucking awesome

  • That entrance was the best. Fire rules haha

  • indeed

  • its so bad Ass

  • man i miss these days now WWE is boring as hell i still watch it only cause theres nothing else on during the week besides football witch i love more then wrestling lol

  • i loved public enemy when i was a kid in the mid 90s because i could always count on them to show up in any saturday morning wrestling show, every saturday evening wrestling show, ever sunday morning show, every sunday night show. they always showed up with a solid performance.

  • r.i.p pubilic enemys

  • I wish Edge and Christian come back

  • Grunge was a neighbour of Chris Benoit

  • Comment removed

  • the hardys were named the new brood after the original brood disbanded because gangrel turned on edge and christian:):)

  • thats the new brood..and they SUCKED compared to the brood

  • My one problem with the attitude era is that the refs never enforced the rules/the wrestlers never bothered to pay attention to them. He clearly counts to 5 at 2:29 but then does nothing about it.

  • Cryme Tyme is basically what The Public Enemy was. It's too bad Rocco Rock passed away in 2002 and Johnny Gunge as well in 2006. They truly were an awesome tag team. Their time in ECW was the most memorable in my eyes.

  • Except Cryme Tyme are actually black. Best thing about Public Enemy is that they were two fat white guys.

  • could it be that they are in TNA now?

  • who do u mean? public enemy?

    theyre both dead actually

  • professorsniper means cryme tyme.

  • I remember when The Public Enemy were in WWF! They didn't last long though. WCW used them better, hell even where they started ECW! Side note: Gangrel was in ECW, he called Vampire Warrior.

  • Yeah because WWF was shitty because back in like 96 or 97 they offered PE a contract but PE turned them down for WCW. When they did go to WWF vince still had a grudge so after this I think they fought APA and were told to get beat up to prove they were tough however they got beat bloody and they were fired. That's when the dudley's debut buh buh knocked the hell outta faarooq with the 2 x 4 to prove they wasn't hoes because WWF tried to fuck them over too.

  • one of by far the best damn entrances in sports entertainment history.

  • I'd mark out if they brought it back.

  • Yes but then two guys in ECW made another group called Public Enemy.

  • well thats just lame

  • its not lame they made a shitload of money in 2 companies they worked for

  • Retard......

    80s group = Public Enemy

90s tag team = The Public Enemy

  • It's weird, the last time I remember seeing these guys was in a match on an early Sunday morning show, and they were facing the APA. I remember the commentators describing how brutally the APA were beating them to a pulp (must have been a shootfight), and they said "I don't think we're ever gonna see the public enemy again!"

I was kind of expecting them to come back a few weeks later. Guess not.

  • From what I read on a few sources from the net,

some of the WWF veteran's were upset that

Public Enemy went to WCW in 1996 instead of

going to WWF at that time. Pluse Public Enemy

had said some things to get the executives to

rile them up. I have no idea what though. But

the executives could of let go of whatever

    happend years ago.

  • Now That you Think Of It, Public Enemy Did Wrestle A Dark match Against The Smokin' Gunnz Right Before Survivor Series 1996. It's A shame Nothing Came About In That Meantime.

  • I tried to find the Ron Simmons interview on here and no luck. So why exactly did everyone in WWF hate PE?

  • Wow. I Also Remember That Match Too. Ah Memories.

R.I.P Johnny Grunge and Rocco Rock.

    Public Enemy Forever!!!!!.

And Someday A WWE Hall Of Famers.

  • This was the only match Public Enemy won.

I wish they won more. Also Edge and Farooq

should of welcomed and befriended Public

Enemy since those guys were from WCW too.

Hell even Farooq was in ECW before.

  • he was in WCW.

  • RIP Public Enemy

  • Gangrel Can't Escape The "Drive-By" Nicely Done.

  • Somebody upload Public Enemy vs The Acolytes

  • 2 of my favoriite tag teams, loved the broood rip public enemy there matches in ecw were better though were better suited to ecw and wcw then wwf

  • public enemy needed to be treated so much better

  • @LOKITUPISBACK they sucked ass, always sucked ass!!

  • @dinglegonzo If any team sucked in wrestling it would be High Voltage.

  • why isnt there gangrel he has wait problems aparentle on ecw he was supposed be tag partners with kevin thorn but then he had weight problems who do you like better on the brood edge and christian or jeff hardy and matt hardy?

  • Uh what:?

  • the orginal brood members edge and christian

  • R.I.P johnny grunge and rocco rock

  • Does MARS even make M&M's crispy anymore? Those were my favorite. ^_^

  • After wacthing alot of Public Enemys macthes

on YouTube, all I can say is after seeing this

the wrestlers of the WWF were a buch of pussys

and should of just let bygons be bygons with

Public Enemy. Hell anyone of those dude from

back then would of jumped to WCW too if they

were offered alot of money. R.I.P. Public

    Enemy.

  • Sometime The Brood vs Right to Censor fight????

  • nice find

  • looks like they came from hell

  • WOW m&m crispys, that was the best

  • The Brood was part of the Ministry. and the Ministry was lead by Undertaker. When JBL got back Gangrel and Viscera Undertaker had to kill them. Then Undertaker had to kill Edge in hell in a cell. Then Undertaker killed JBL who was apart of Ministry for a time. Then Taker killed Paul Bearer. So Undertaker pretty much killed his own creation- the Ministry.

  • i think that the brood was better with edge and christian then matt and jeff

  • question who began the usage of tables? PE or dudley's?

  • PE BUT THE DUDLEYS BRUNG IT TO THE WWE

  • DUDLEYS

  • I always wondered where they went to. Maybe under the ring?

  • Gangrel was the shit.....COME BACK GANGREL Sad He Got Released Due To Weight problems Few Times

  • Was it really about his weight that wwe let him go??. To me, he didnt look like he had a weight problem.

  • makes no since if that was the case then mark henry should be released

  • Thats what im saying. It doesnt make any sense. I ageree with you on that

  • maybe he likes directing porno better?

  • let alone mark henry, big daddy v would probably be released too

  • i saw gangrel at the 15th anniversary.he was in good shape

  • yh mn i think gangrel should go back to the wwe, should make him a force.

  • i remember edge & christian and those ridiculously oversized cowboy hats

  • The Brood needs to come back!

  • the brood needs to come back? R u nuts or somfin'. I dont think Edge, the ultimate opportunist, would lower himself to partner with gangrel. He's a main event wrestler now, in case you dont know.

  • Edge pretty much used everybody he ever tag teamed with. Notice how everyone who ever tags with him ends up being pushed down to jobber status within a year, while Edge just gets a non-stop push? Happened with Gangrel, Christian, Lance Storm, you name it...

    I personally hate the guy.

  • what? lol what about rated rko? youre fucking stupid

  • when christian broke from edge and later teamed with lance storm as the un americans and the team of vitimin C he was getting a push too but your right edge did get pushed highter he used to tag with the hulkster

  • you are not a very good Edge Fan are ya? the last thing he won was TagGold, which is also the belt category that he's won the most, and had the most impressive matches...if he can find a badass partner the he'll be perfect with em...maybe even go back with christian for a one night only reunion.

  • HAHAHA YEEAAA! an old school BLOOD BATH!! I miss this!!

  • yea man the WWF was like 100000000x better than what the WWE has became. i RARELY watch it, but when i turn it there for a couple minutes all it is, is story line anymore. it sucks.

  • fucking idiot

  • why is Christian always outside the ring at the beginning

  • public enemy had a match in wwf in like 96

  • WWF in its prime

  • i thought the hardy's made up poetry in motion lol

  • i miss WWF it was way better back then

  • I know there was Edge and Christian when they were actually cool and fought fair. I miss Christian

  • yup

  • i agree man

  • R.I.P. both Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge.

  • did anyone like Public Enemy in wwf?

  • was the one were bradshaw and ron beat the crap out of them on youtube...was it televised

  • RIP "Flyboy" Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge, The Public Enemy were the most hardcore tag team of all time.

  • gangrel needs to come back man

  • Ah, Gangrel. How I miss thee

  • grangel has been in many matches in the wwf he should come back he would definatly help smackdown! right now

  • he was actually suppose to come back to team up with kevin thorn on ECW,But WWE turned him down due to weight problems.

  • Yep.

  • That sucks, him and Thorn would have teamed well, because they have similar characters

  • haha the brood were my favorite group in the wwf and had the most badass entrance ever. i awlways loved the bloodbath too. the good old days of the attitude era

  • RIP 2 Public Enemy its a shame the way ppl say u guys suck u entertained us so i thank u

  • who is the Public Enemy??

  • they were one of those teams plucked from ecw for more money

  • the only ECW wrestlers WWF used kind of well were Rob Van Dam and The Dudleyz.

  • And Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mankind.

  • 1:41 lol

  • ALL HAIL THE BROOD!!FOR LIFE!!!

  • You know , im not really sure what happened to Gangrel, I mean he was cool, had a great entrance....yet lost almost every match he had in the WWF.....why push a guy like that, then make him lose??,,,,was he fired or something??

  • He now is a director of nude wrestling porn movies

  • word

  • he was let go for weight management issues.

  • They left WCW for this!

  • Heh

  • you make it sound as if that was a bad but then again from their time in the wwf it was,I digress the brood had a bad ass entrance.

  • RIP Rocco Rock & Johnny Grunge

  • wasnt one of them in the 15th anniversary show at raw?

  • its pretty doubtful, they really are both dead

  • yeah Gangrel

  • what a debut how did they not get over

  • gangrel was so damn awsome. very original. public enemy was not only a joke, humble but a joke, in ECW but in the WWF as well.

  • RIP Grunge and Flyboy Rocco Rock. Vince got these guys asses kicked for 3weeks str8 and then fired them. But I still loved the Brood

  • does anyone have the debut of the brood

  • i want the tabs for there theme song

  • u know wat i would hav liked was for gangrel to chew there faces off yeah!!!!!!

  • The Brood were awesome, saw them live in St. Louis Missouri in 1998.

  • me too in st.louis

  • At the Owen Tribute show? That's where I got to see the whole entrance deal and shit, they wrestled like 2 dark matches before the show aired, & They used the entrance both times.

  • horrible quality....

  • do u have more

  • when edge was cool and christian was cool

  • brood in the WWF was known as the coolest gimmick ever that time

  • these were the days when raw was actualy good

  • how the public enemy died anyway?

  • Rocco Rock = Heart Attack

Johnny Grunge = Sleep Apnea (pauses in breathing while sleeping)

  • Ecw always

  • You have any more WWF matches with Public Enemy?

  • edge and christian look soo baddass
