Good video. When I started I used a pyramid work out (1...1, 2....1,2,3...up to 10 and back down) for pull ups (and push ups but that's not relevant) and it totals 110 pull ups in a single workout and barely realizing how man you're doing. A great way to increase your reps. I'm training for Special Forces and can now do 20 dead hang consecutive pull ups and I attribute my success largely to using the pyramid when I first started. You should give it a shot.

this is best keep secret. people think abs will grow doing on the floor, they grow faster doing leg pull ups
