@joohop Its a design of car that was called a "cyclecar" they would also be 3 wheelers that would fall under that as well, mostly at the beginning of the 20th century. The Quad means 4 and the cycle because it was license as a motorcycles.

also zeropointinstitue I highly doubt that building a steerable four wheel vehicle that is propelled by electricity is what's keeping us from "EMVs".

The way my "EMV" works is as such... A pulse motor turns a rotor with magnets on it. The Back EMF is harvested from collapsing fields and this is sent back to the batteries which keeps them fully charged. All that spin turns a generator which then provides electricity for the vehicle's motor. I will be posting a video of my "EMV" very shortly. Just waiting for a few more parts to arrive in order to adapt throttle and motor controller.

I'm not trying to be closed minded, but how could that possibly work? You'd need the entire system to super conduct to recover 100% of the energy and even that wouldn't be 100% efficient because it requires a heat pump of some sort.

It is no joke. It is much much much more than 100% efficient. It is not "perpetual" because the magnets will loose their charge after a few hundred years. It is not impossible, it is sitting right here in front of me. I am not interested in making any fortune. I am only interested in teaching people how to do it for themselves.

a Motor uses electricity to turn.

and a Generator makes electricty (from what? that's not important, right? it's not like it slows a wheel down to add a generator to it or anything.)

In fact we might as well put one on all four wheels. So we have 1 motor and 4 generators that means 400% efficient. Then! We put wind turbines on it so when it's going 30mph we can get energy from the wind!

If you want a PRACTICAL solution to the charging issue, just put solar panels on the roof. They will trickle-charge the batteries throughout the day, whether the vehicle is moving or not.

To charge the batteries while in motion you will need a magnetic generator and rectifier assembly. You will need to spin it at around 900-1000 RPM constantly (whether the vehicle is moving or not)to generate enough electricity to charge a battery while it is being drained.

Takes a small engine to perform that much constantly.

Hello its worm and sector type steering box. but main didtinct thing is that as my son wants to make it left hand as well as right hand drive so I ve used it and fix it in to the center. As i ve used it of FIAT 1100 Delight.
