i'm not certain if she's lip syncing, but the backup singers definitely are. She's singing to a backing track. If you listen closely, all the instrumentation and backup singers sound identical to the studio recording. I'm not hatin' though, just saying. I know there are other videos of Corrine singing live with a real band and they all sound great!
