@roryando Start with singles on that hand, start at a low speed and gradually build up. Do that continually and progressively and you sir, will have decent right hand speed.

@Drumsandreefs No. The pinky is extended further than the other fingers when he is bouncing it. You should keep all fingers touching the stick at all times for maximum control. And before you say, yes, that means when bouncing too, you can still extend the fingers with them touching the stick. Don't get me wrong, I love his style and playing, but the pinky is the one thing that annoys me.
