It's not a 'room' it's a set,and the Blur set was spinning to create motion. Also,this video was made years prior to 'Song 2' and Suede aren't bouncing off the floors or the walls. They look simillar..I think Blur may have swipped it from Suede.

He went on to do some stuff with David McAlmont (Yes, in particular, is amazing. Look them up, McAlmont & Butler they went by...) Fell out with him, went back with him... etc etc... and then asked to produce the first album by cajun dance party. that was about a year ago though. god knows whats happened to that album...
