Yes Yes i am refereing to the reciter, ah so his name is Ibrahim i see. Thanks for Clarifying. I got news that SHeikh JIbreen passed away and was told that it was the Reciter, but seems like it was not correct .

You mean Sheikh Mohammad Jibreel from Egypt. He is a known reciter of Quran. They are 2 different people.
