Did he choke her? I thought it was the treatment that he injected. Because that was what happened with the infected person, remember? He gave her the injection that he was testing, and she seemed like she was getting better, then thrashed around a bit, then her heart stopped. Just like with Sam. I think that's what happened, anyways.

They really did go deep for this movie and u can tell that they actually put thought into it and let the viewers put some of the pieces of the puzzle together it was the best movie i saw this year and the plot of the whole cancer thing was the perfect setup for the plot they created =)
