I've had these operations since I was a baby (I am currently 15) and I was always scared and felt miserable, this time I had thought about something that my pastor said before and that was to keep smiling because God is always with us and He will keep us standing. when I feel like giving up, I listen to this song and I remember that God is always walking with us and guiding us. This reminds me 4 months ago at my youth group i attend my pastor told me about this man Who was possesed for years who now isnt. No matter how bad you might have it or how bad you think you have God is there and he loves you no matter what you do. The first time i heard this song was at a christian camp and it, along with a few other worship songs, were really the few pennies that tipped the scale of my heart for God. Ever since then, every time i feel alone or doubtful or confused, I look up one of these songs and it feels like I'm back at camp surrounded by beautiful God loving people and I can feel God embracing me. It's one of the most beautiful feelings in all of existence and I am SO happy I get to be part of it.

I believe God exists. Does it matter if we find out that it's a big hoax? @lalalalllama not really, it's not the religion. There is a difference between loving God and loving your religion. You'll realize it soon enough when you get into relationship with Him. Unless you haven't felt His love, this song are mere words with music. But as soon as you feel how much He loves you and how much He wants to have that relationship with you, this song becomes not just an ordinary song but worship. Only then that you will find this song meaningful.

My first day in my church youth group, the band played this song for worship and our youth pastor asked for those who would give their lives for god to stand, and for those who weren't ready to remained seated. I stayed seated.
Over the summer, my life changed in a lot of ways.
The first day back he asked us the same thing. I stood up this time,
I love this song, I can't wait to play it on piano for the first time playing publicly.

I got baptized this summer after a week at Scenic Hills Christian Camp. I loved it so much, <3 I just hope my dad, who i don't get a long with and is an atheist, will learn to accept that i know the truth and have the spirit of christ in me. please pray for him to open his eyes and see this is good for me, i want to be allowed to attend church......

This week I went to a camp with the whole high school from my school.
This time helped me so much. First off I learned to just act a fool for God. Dont be afraid to worship because of what someone might think. I also realized how much im blessed. Blessed with my family,friend, wonderful teachers at my school who cares. And of all things how much God loves me. This completely awed me. During this time I surrendered all I had to the LORD. I am finally HIS

Why is it so hard to believe in God? You could believe and him not be real what have you lost? Nothing. But say you dont believe and he is real, what have you lost? Love, etrnity, peace, everything. Its ok to believe, its not like some terrible disease or something taboo.

How you know Christianity is true? Well, Christianity is the only religion that has the proof to defend itself as stated by atheist and nonbelievers who spend there whole lives researching religion. Also, the Bible is the only scriptural text that even dares to foretell the future (prophecy). Not just one but hundreds of them. These were written in detail and so far many of them have happened. This can only happen with the influence of the true and living God.

@raiderking22 Christianity is the only religion with a begining, the only one thats been around forever. People start to feel scared because they feel Gods presence. A feeling of peace and serenity unlike any other and it frightens them. That leap of faith seems like a 1000ft drop. We just need to help them leap into Gods open arms.

Well explain to me how Jesus Christ made the blind see, rose from the grave, and performed countless miracles. And these aren't just stories but history that people in that time wrote about, spread propaganda, and came to him for miracles. He was so real and important that our entire timeline was changed when he died. Jesus Christ WAS and IS the Son of God, and he died on the cross for YOU! <3

hi to everyone reading this im 12 years old and i get asked if i want drugs or alchoal and all of that bad stuff and i started going to church with my friend and i belived in god and i thought it would help when i went to youth group camp with my other friend i asked god into my heart for four days i lisented to preaching and i ruly asked him into my heart and when i did and i asked god to help me with my troubles it helped me overcome the preshure and i want u to know god will help any one amen

@Killhouse70 im a few years older than you and i have been through exactly what you have. I have been pressured and i got through it standing by god all the way. He is there for all of us. No matter how bad you might have it or how bad you think you have God is there and he loves you no matter what you do. There is a reason for everything that happens cause god loves us and we love him so really what im trying to say is never give up on god....its not an option cause he will NEVER give up on you

The first time i heard this song was at a christian camp and it, along with a few other worship songs, were really the few pennies that tipped the scale of my heart for God. Ever since then, every time i feel alone or doubtful or confused, I look up one of these songs and it feels like I'm back at camp surrounded by beautiful God loving people and I can feel God embracing me. It's one of the most beautiful feelings in all of existence and I am SO happy I get to be part of it.

After all, if you don't believe in something simply because you can't see something, things that scientists have proved are there must not be there. And by the way, there is more prrof for the bible than any other book EVER published.

@faithfulann1 Gravity and "God" are very different and they shouldn't ever be contrasted. Gravity can be proven scientifically through many series of tests; while the existence of "God" can't and will never be proven.

i dont understand why people who don't believe in God look up CHRISTIAN songs and post on them. Other than a desperate cry for attention, there's no resoning behind it. It is completely pointless for someone as an atheist or agnostic or whatever to try to talk an adament believer out of the existence of God. That's like one of us going out and posting on a John Lennon (atheist) video and trying to convince his biggest followers that John Lennon was, in fact, a Jesus freak. it's not gonna happen

I believe God exists. Does it matter if we find out that it's a big hoax? I wouldn't have felt like I'd missed out on anything, and besides when we find out it isn't a big hoax - which we will, we get to spend eternity in Heaven. I see it as a win-win either way. This song is beautiful by the way. I hope @inner40 you believe in something, whatever that may be, everyone needs a focus and reason for existing, yes? God and his path just happens to be ours.

When we sing this in church, somebody always stands up, and then everyone else does. And eventually everyone is standing and singing and it's so wonderful. You can just feel God's love coursing through the room. ^^

@lalalalllama not really, it's not the religion. There is a difference between loving God and loving your religion. You'll realize it soon enough when you get into relationship with Him. Unless you haven't felt His love, this song are mere words with music. But as soon as you feel how much He loves you and how much He wants to have that relationship with you, this song becomes not just an ordinary song but worship. Only then that you will find this song meaningful.
