dude. country? dylan? i disagree. i would say dylan started off as a traditional folk musician, and then when he began his lyrical style he completely transcended the genre of folk music as we all know it now. the term. i certainly wouldn't say he was country.

anyways. fionn regan is brilliant... who cares if people find him reminiscent of bob dylan. it's the comparison everyone always seems to make towards modern folk musicians these days.

I don't think any of that is intentional, and it think it's a little silly of you to claim he's blatantly copying Dylan. I think the kind of verbiage he uses is just a sign of a high creative intelligence.
