My school played this in the hall for the whole cohort 2 weeks ago. I'm 6 feet tall and easily one of the biggest guys there. Halfway through the video, i started tearing up and seconds later i was crying full on. I tried so hard to stifle my tears but it was impossible. This video really made a big impact and i'm really going to appreciate my parents while they're still healthy.

damn, i d never do harm to my parents...there is always some friction due to the age gap....but i still remember when my dad bought me my first car....audi a4...a used one....but it was new for me...then another one...then another one....the way he took care of me...i will take care of him when he gets old....i love u mom n dad.....i d never leave them for a grl...rather i wud try to convince every one to sit down and try to solve the problems...without splitting my family....i love u mom n dad

Ok. i see the point. But I am a mum to two young boys. Whatever i do for them, i do it because i love them, because they are people i brought into this world myself and NOT because i expect them to look after me when im old. Or to pay me back by sticking by me. I wouldnt want them to waste their lives looking after me if Im sick or unable to look after myself. And I will stick by my own mum because i love her, not because i owe it to her for everything she's done for me.

@nikitas456 I'm only 15, and probably know hardly anything compared to you, but perhaps the video is simply a medium in which the message of love is embedded in. I guess it might have a strong sense of our duties as parents and children, but the overall message I gather is that the relationship between parents and their children should be unfadingly perpetual.

Tonight, I will bring my mom some water for her sleep and listen to her talk about my dad even if I've heard it all a thousand times. I will sleep in her room even if I don't want anyone with me when I sleep and i'm 19. I will massage her carpal tunneled wrists so maybe I'd ease the pain. If not physically, then at least I comforted her during her pain. Mom, I promise I'll be a better son to you. I'll go home earlier so you can sleep and not have to stay up for me. Thank you mom.
