Hey funk i have recently decided to do only a 1 set compound circuit workout as many reps as possible, some days 2 sets, but anyways whats ur opinion on that type of workouts as far as sexy muscles for the ladies , lol, and fighting ability?
@TheOliminator - Hey Olim, Hope all is well. My focus and niche are on strength, conditioning and workouts for fat loss and MMA athletes. I totally moved away from the traditional bodybuilding workouts (as you mentioned above) as they were totally opposite of what I had to do to reach my goals, and how I train MMA athletes. Goal is to be a high level athlete: ripped, muscular, strong, agile, conditioned, quick, explosive, powerful - Sorry Oliminator. I haven't lifted like that in years-Funk
@TheOliminator isolation workouts, gym shit, completely useless in mma. you are not going to go into a fight with the intention of bench pressing someone......

would be cool if you could make some more isolation videos for muscle gaining. (ie; chest, arms, legs ) :)
