as i would like to use this recipe for my restaurant, once i cooked the chicken and would put it in fridge for 2 days use. is it ok to warm it in microwave before serving? and i also seen people put it on grill and basting the chicken with peri sauce so if i warm it in microwave than put it on grill in paste some same marinade should it be serveable to customers?
