Well the problem is everyone assumes that the songs that Amy Lee sings in Evanescence and off of the record Fallen are her songs and they're not! They also belong to Ben and the other original members who co-wrote the songs so they have every right to play those songs as well. It's unfortunate that bands break up sometimes but it happens and those members aren't just gonna stop making music..

Evanescence is a musical project the one ben moody left long ago voluntary. And Amy lee's voice was what caught our eye on the band, it's not true that ben made Fallen himself. Amy and him. and even david hogdes wrotte the lyrics and music. Since the begginning Amy have been more than just a singer in the band, so stop saying that. Ben has the idea of making a band, big deal! Ben AND Amy AND other people make that possible.
