it's a gainer flip and a back flip. Good job. my friend has done some of those (she's freakishly good, i think she learned them when she was like, 12, she does the back flip falling, though. crazy, I know. :-) ;-)). Good job!

i just did a front line- up (sit on platform, fall off, land on your head) of 10 meter for the first time yesterday, it was fun. My friend did has been doing a back flip off 10 meter since she was like 12, but I can't imagine doing it.
