  • This is some mean motherfucking sounding metal.

  • COMBAT RECORDS

  • the opening riff is so fucking great. Then it's just a prime Venom assault. What's not to like?

oh let's not forget lyrics like "Bestial malevolence"

  • eye of lizard,wing of bat,testicle of man,tongue of eagle,brain of rat,Jesus Christ's left hand!

  • Absolutely my favourite of Venom.

  • The Masters of evil brutality and hell burning Metal. Venom my friends!!

  • Comment removed

  • Best venom song. If you dont like this song you're not a metalhead!

  • @aswesee Nice, proud to not being a metalhead.

  • Whah!!? I'm not gay to burn the witch, i'm gonna get laid with the witch.

  • Orgasmm

  • Don't Burn The Bitch

  • Venom helped Thrash to be born (influence to Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth), but also gave name to Black Metal and still people are arguing between those 2 genres??

  • NEED BASS TAB

  • iam46 this is metal BOYS

  • Dont fuck with witch !!!!!!!

  • @igor190985 Yeah dude! our Don't fuck with the witch bitch! hehe

  • @doom666kratos oooo yeahhh.... :)

  • Every time I listen to this, I like to think of an emo kid down in Hell getting raped in the ass by a demon in the form of Cronos with an axe.

  • This is the greatest band in existence.

  • Don"t burn the witch Sh'es sexy.

  • I've heard that next time Venom plays NYC they plan to burn Justin Bieber at the stake as they play this song.

  • The main meaty riff of this song is still heavy today so back in the early 80's it must of blew peoples minds.

  • This song is a masturpiece, which is a masterpiece i masturbate to ;)

  • @aswesee I masturbate to Lords Of Acid music.

  • fuck yea... raw , powerful, meaningful, climatic, fucking metal

  • the intro = meaning of evil

  • It's not when the rubber meets the road, it's when your ears meet Venom.

  • Heaviest riff of the early '80s, not doubt. But it has to be up there with Symptom of the Universe by Black Sabbath and Dissident Aggressor by Judas Priest in the 'Heaviest Riff of All Time' list though.

  • metallica and venom are the 2 best early thrash bands by far

  • @boywomack exodus and slayer > metallica!

  • @givemeajackson exodus was formed by kirk hammett from metallica but there all great though

  • this song is good

  • This is thrash metal in it's infancy, the sound quality may sound like a raw piece of meat, but the message is still there and rings through the ages unto this day. Perhaps it's better this way, as it inspires others to improve upon it's artistic expression in various organic forms.

  • classic hell yeah

  • Its too bad that the Welcome To Hell and Black Metal albums didn't have better production, like the production quality of Slayers' Reign In Blood for example. Then these albums would be known as some as the best in all of metal, which they still kinda are anyway, but the quality of the recordings does hinder it a little. Yet, the songs still overcome the sub-par production and they still kick ass. Goes to show that good song writing is what really stands above all else.

  • the opening riff sends chills down my spine everytime!

  • Does anyone else want to hear Venom do a cover of Satan's Fall?

  • this shit makes my ears jizz

  • Don't Burn The Bitch

  • omg i addicted to this song!!

  • 10 people need to kill themselves.... That would be metal!

  • i like a lot of thrash metal so i know its kind of odd i've waited this long to listen to venom, but this is first time hearing them and this is fucking awesome!!!

  • 50k! Yeah!

  • supermegafuckingorgasmicasskicking riff, let's go at war with SATAN!

  • Bathory wrote the book of black metal. This is a classic.

  • For it`s time this song was very heavy...and still is IMO!

  • in fact, seduce her in sheepskin clothing like Pan & Selene. Make the luperci proud. She's every guy wet dream cum true.

  • they inspired death, black and thrash metal

  • FUCK YEAH VENOM!!!!!!!

  • SICK RIFF \m/

  • they say Metallica is the first thrash metal band but venom was there before Metallica. i would say that Venom is the most influential heavy metal band in the whole world because not only did they start thrash metal but they also started black metal. They are the first band of two different subgenre's and that in my book makes them the most influential heavy metal band unless if there are other bands i dont know about that are the first of multiple subgenre's.

  • @SilentAssassin187 Black Sabbath, Slayer...

  • @SilentAssassin187 Metallica was the first....Venom was speed Metal at the time.....well there are various opinions so...Even Raven can be called the first

  • @hjejmnse1 venoms first album was considered a cross between speed metal and early thrash metal so i still think venom was the first thrash metal band.

  • Oh shit, that riff BURNS my fucking brain.

    Fucking amazing,

  • Best Venom song BY FAR

  • burn satan

  • @theripper013ok we might burn you

  • True black metal.

  • I FUCKING AGREE WITH ALKLIVER!!!!! The name ''BATHORY'' say's it all!!!! DOES THE SONG ''countess BATHORY'' ring a bell????? FUCKING LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ''BURN THE POSER!''

  • Foda

  • Quorthon took a riff from this song. Listen to the riff from 1:04 onwards then listen to the song Bathory-Born for Burning. Quorthon said that he never heard of Venom when he started making music. But here's a couple of ways to tell that he lied:

    1. On Bathory's first album, there are songs called 'Raise the Dead' and 'Sacrifice'. Take a look at this album and you'll know that he took song titles.

    2. He took a riff from this song.

Quorthon made legendary music, but he did lie about Venom.

  • One of Venom's best songs, period. I love it. Classic song from a legendary album.

  • 10 people thinked that this video was a left 4 dead theme

  • @DeadlySmash

Then it would be "Don't Startle the Witch".

  • 10 people want to burn the witch

  • Real music speaks about Satan and darkness. Not about pussy crap like love and that kind of shit.

  • @peliparado94 wut

  • @peliparado94 of course, hellish connections are mandatory, and one could also include mental disease, serial killers and Nazis just for the hell of it

  • @peliparado94 thats the message i want to pass to many people...that true metal is about power, darkness or satan not teenage love...that fucking pisses me off...even though im still a teenager

  • @peliparado94 Unless one is expressing love of Satan.

  • @peliparado94 You are just like Jeff Hanneman haha

  • @SupportExtremeMusic dont you mean kerry king

  • @peliparado94 me enorgullese

  • @peliparado94 It's too easy to speak about Satan and darkness. Try talking about devils, witches and darkness while your under the influence of psychedelics :p

  • @peliparado94 you're*

  • LOL my friends compare old black metal (venom) with shit like cradle of filth and shit and say ins the same kind of genre. HELL NO DUDE. NOT AT AL i tell them i dont like that black metal shit. and venom just does not fall in that same category. anyone get me?

  • the 10 people who did not like this song can suck my bloody ovaries

  • Similar to Born for Burning by Bathory... I like the Bathory riff better, even though this is still very good. I think the Bathory riff just flows better....

  • Given everything, including the fact this was 1981-1982, nothing comes close to the ferocity of this song nor the album. Everyone should be forced to listen to this song. Label it whatever you want but, it's really just incredible rock & roll. If you don't agree, put a clear plastic bag over your head and run as fast as you can until you die just so we can look at your face and laugh with joy.

  • Metallica were not always pussy's. they turned into pussy's is the problem.

  • @TheLordFenris in my opinion james hetfield is still pretty bad ass. on one video from 2008 or 2009, i saw him wearing venom shirt. and he's awsome guitarist

  • don't burn the shit? :P

  • Darkest, most bestial band in history...Ladies and gentlement, from the VERY depts of Hell...VENOM!

  • BEST! SONG! EVER!

  • the real metal, no pussy metallica, fuck this!11

  • @Querembas metallica is good band to so is megadeth and slayer, venom iron maiden !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you can tell that slayer took got alot of influence from this song

  • the opening riff has to be one of the heaviest riffs of all time yet its so simple. awesome

  • @thrashtildeth247 , YEAH, the opening is FUCKING HEAVY & yet simple, but to haters of metal they know NOTHING that is talent.

This by FAR is 1 of my FAV metal albums of ALL time, even got the blk metal album tatoo back in the 80's.

ALL hail the brick "venom" that's gonna bash you non metal heas faces in !!!

  • @OugaBoogaShockwave

Same here im 39 and listen to everything from death to black metal and i love this fucking album

  • this is metal

  • black and thrash come from the book of venom

  • Favourite Venom song!

  • this has to be one of the heaviest songs of all time.

  • A true classic

  • I just noticed this, the intro sounds like the intro riff to crystal mountain by death. never noticed that.

  • @ButcheredAtBirth77 Very true, I was thinking the exact same thing. Long live Venom the band that wrote Thrash.

  • the ten people who dislikes this must be burn!!!

  • originators of extreme metal!

  • "DONT BURN THE WITCH! THE WAYS OF HELL ARE WRONG!!!!!!!"

fucking tyt ass song, this is what heavy metal is all about

  • @mexipinos Don't Burn the witch The ways of hell AREN'T wrong! :)

  • @ChimaeraCRO, damn my bad, made a little typo

  • this song is dominatingly rages through listeners haha...

  • Venom is such a fun band to listen to.

  • the riff is so SICK at the beginning

  • holy crap these guys are brutal. :)

  • Just burn the witch, ways of hell are wrong.

    Rod and Todd Flanders

  • this song is badly produced... but maybe that's the reason why it sounds so cool

  • haha love it!

  • Great song.

    Really good.

I love intro, I sing it all day long XD

  • @dakotamanomgwtf Isn't it just magnificent? *-*

  • cool riff

  • Easily One Of The BEST Venom Songs Ever Written!!!!!!! Fucking Badass RIFFS!

  • SOOO much better than Metallica

  • these guys practically wrote the book of thrash metal. Even the great players like Kerry King, Dave Mustaine, etc. got inspiration from these guys.

  • he plays this song in this video :- 'Marty Friendman and Kerry King on Japanese TV Show'

  • @JimmyBlackmoreBeck

As did they with a lot of other heavy metal acts that have thrash elements, Tank, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Black Sabbath, and maybe Sound Barrier(hahaha)

  • @JimmyBlackmoreBeck Venom inspired satan. \m/

  • @JimmyBlackmoreBeck R U KIDDING ME!? They're black metal up the ass! There not even thrash. Real thrash bands are Gama Bomb, Bonded By Blood, Evile, Municipal Waste, and Warbringer. Venom is as black metal as they come.

  • @Marine184 yes, they are thrash metal too, and municipal waste SUCKS

  • @Tettuli at last!!! a person who admitted that modern thrash metal sucks!

@Marine184 if you think those bands are real thrash, then you're just new to metal music or you just don't know a thing about metal...

  • @Tettuli thats because theyre crossover. more punk than thrash

  • @Tettuli

    Municipal Waste fucking own.

  • @Marine184 bonded by blood is a song name by exodus

  • @6ftUnder92592 there's also a band named bonded by blood

  • @Marine184

Wow, way to list of RETRO-THRASH! And a few of those bands suck. Venom is not black metal.

  • @Marine184 Wow, you are so out of tune that i had to comment. Venom is speed/thrash metal....it is NOT, and never will be BLACK metal, it created the genre, and black metal at its start was not the stupid shit we hear about today, but simply a darker version of thrash/speed metal. Venom itself was never really black metal, it can be defined as heavy/speed/thrash...or by a few fans...as rock'n'roll:)

THose bands you listed are not REAL thrash, they are NWOTM, and they mostly suck.

    All the best.

  • @JimmyBlackmoreBeck lol i couldnt imagine that Dave Mustaine got inspiration from Venom because Dave Mustaine is a Satan hater. But Dave Mustaine did said it himself that he used to be associated with the dark side when he was younger.

  • @SilentAssassin187 Dave only started being a Christian a few years ago. And it doesn't matter. Its not as if this band is promoting Satanism.

  • @NytroMetal Oh he seriously only started being a christian a few years ago? When i saw an interview of Dave Mustaine talking about why he won't share a stage with satanic bands i thought he was a life long christian.

At 2005 Dave refused to be in a Greek concert if some black metal bands were on the bill and it was just because they're satanic. 2005 was not a few years ago.

  • @NytroMetal Actually Venom does promote satanism. They promote satanism not because they are real satanists, but because more kids and teens are converting to satanism because of them. The Norwegian Black Metal scene and the church burnings are a good example. I support the church burnings 100% because christianity is the biggest bullshit in the world and it angers me that it's the biggest religion in the whole world.

  • @SilentAssassin187 agreed man fucking christians at my school are always giving me dirty looks and shit just cuz i wear slayer shirts and venom patches. fuck those guys

  • @gabej14 I'm a christian and venom rule's just ignore those kids there close minded. VENOM!!!!

  • @gabej14 Wow...really. They must be pretty pathetically judgmental then. Oh well, at least you're the one with a good music taste while they are missing out...they probably like lady gaga and jonas brothers and all that force-fed overexposed shit. xD

  • @JimmyBlackmoreBeck Not to mention Hetfield and Metallica, he said in an interview he got the inspiration for the intro of "One" by a Venom song.

  • @JimmyBlackmoreBeck And pretty all extreme metal genres as well

  • one of my favorite songs : D

  • fucking awsome intro :D

  • fuckin poser XD

  • That intro is badass.

  • Burn The Bitch I dont Care LMFAO

    \m/ Venom

  • THIS SONG FUCKING KICK ASSES!!!

  • Don't burn the bitch!

  • Let them brew their song

  • fuck man i just finished listening to this song man...ive been in to thrash for couple years now but mostly lighter shit like early metallica megadeth and stuff but ive been exposing myself to heavier bands like possesed and albums like power from hell...but gotta say this song showed me what heavy is...shit is fucking sadisticly insanely awesome!

  • @SlAy3rThrAsh666 listen to kreator!!!! make sure its the early stuff

  • VENOM RULES!!!!

  • well i dont hear bass but it only makes music sweeter :D its kinda important

  • one of the best venom songs

  • This song kick ass!!!

  • 4.5 stars?? It fucking deserves 5 cause this one kicks asses!!

  • If there is anyone who thinks this is too badass for them then they should try to get used to Slayer and then youll be ready for this

  • xD sad but true O.o

  • Slayer's Kerry King actually played this on a Japanese program with Marty Friedman. The show is called Rock Fujiyama. You should check out the one with Marty Friedman and Paul Gilbert.

  • Yeah I remember that one. And I love the way Marty soloed on the intro while Kerry played the riff. An explosive combo.
