Of course GM hasn't built this car yet. It's beautiful, people would buy a lot of them, they would make money and it would be a smart business decision. GM have a lot of nice concepts they have never built. The Buick Riviera concept and the Cadillac Cien just to name a few. The beautiful concepts that they do build take over 4 years to reach production (ie. the Camaro). Yet they won't put an engine in it that would compete with the GT50 even though they have one (6.2L LSA that is in the CTS-V)

Mr. Wiesenfelder does not know what he's talking about. Cadillac has been naming its concept cars in the same vein for at least the last decade Evoq, Converj, Imaj, Vizon, etc... Also the powertrain isn't "like" that of the Volt's...it is the SAME as the Volt's. Cadillac is arguably the first car company that comes to mind when mentioning tail fins of the '50's and '60's. Not Chrysler.
