because 540, c720, triple/double front kicks all came from tkd, also the basics, like hook kick, round kick came from a lot of martial arts, and in tkd training, you should get a lot of leg strength

You know, when you really look at them, some of those end over end kicks could really work in a fight. Look at the techniques like the "double leg" and other variations of it, if you do that to someone, as fast as he does it, I'm sure it would land and do some damage. It's pretty much like a drop kick only you are landing ON the person instead of kicking into them. I could actually see that working.

Yeah you are right I went to his website he said He tore his ACL and MCL during the loopkicks battle 08 on a Double Leg twist its crazy Because Mike scalco had the same injury by doing a Hyper snapuswipe its on youtube you can see mike break his leg he is in terrible pain its scary but anyway matt said its has been 11 weeks and his rehab session are going great he can bend his leg 100 degrees doctors say he is ahead of schedule matt said he will be back wish him all the best.

How do you condition your body to get that much height and when you torque your body is it always from your upper body mass? I'm only 145lbs and train a lot in martial arts and have never been able to do stuff like that send me a message if you have any solutions or advice thanks.

My adivce to you is when spinning or twist movement do a hook punch across your chest in the direction your are spinning turn your head at the same time and keep your arms and legs tight to your body. As far as conditon for height do squats like 2 to 3 sets 15 20 reptions using your body weight or weights like 80 pounds that will help you
