Yeah I think that is 94 because I hung around Crossmen a lot in 95 when they did "Symphony For Brass And Percussion" and I don't recognize that portion of the bass book. I actually have a ton of parking lot tapes from way back that I would like to share. How are you converting them?
I use a VCR connected to a Hauppauge capture card via a coax cable to encode the video. If I try using other cables my audio does not synch up with the video. Im now almost positive this is 95 because latter, on the tape is my friend Eric Ward (cadets snare, marched with Eric at Limited Edition 92) setting up his white drum set. I looked at the Cadets performances and He used a black set in 94 and a white set in 95.

This is definitely 95. I marched in the cymbal line (but of course I am the only one you can't see!).
