Its not stealing, we guitarists all play the same basic scales and whatnot, its just a matter of placement and emphasis. I mean, listen to a bb king solo, then a stevie ray vaughan solo, same basic principles, but still different. Its just a matter of inspiration and feeling.

All music that exists is inspired from a prior source. Hendrix had his inspirations and so did kirk. As a musician, you are subconsciously refering to your favorite musicians when making music.

@Needleskaine if you listen to the REAL backtracks for the instruments, you can hear the whole song with drums, bass, or guitar. i found the real guitar track and got to hear what you dont hear on the album. or you can lay the song on guitar hero metallica lol.
