Look at a better version . It's remarkable.She totally "gets" the song. Her voice is incredible. She has been singing for over 40 years, has sold millions of albums, and has written some of the most outstanding songs of all time.

She has paid her due and can sing whatever she pleases and whatever she sings will be extraordinary. Dave Matthews is great but he will never be as memorable as Stevie Nicks is. He should be honored that she covered one of his songs. Stevie is awesome

I don't like Stevie Nicks, however.....I heard from my wife this was the worst cover ever done and she was right. Don't redo a song that was perfect the first time to try to prove your a diva. Well I be done seen everything, till I seen a goat sing DMB.

@samchevy2 Have you ever heard that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery? And she's not "re-doing" it. She's covering it for a live show which was being recorded. Re-doing would be recording it in the studio and releasing it.

And FYI, Stevie does not need to prove anything. She's been proving herself as a solo artist and member of Fleetwood Mac for 35 yrs...

shows some artistic integrity, a real tribute to the DMB. I think most women would have found that offensive and not sung those lines.

i agree with you. this is a great cover, from one of rocks greatest female artists. Shes always so invested. Never lazy. She finds every layer and brings it out.

I have seen this live twice and each time she seems to show a greater understanding of the song. Initially, I think she saw it as a great tune, but now she gets that it's a very playful, but intense song. She rocked it in Detroit. Rocked it.

First of all, you cannot judge a piece of music based on a cell phone video....I have no idea why people do this. It does NO justice to the performance...the audio is horrible as usual. Keep it for yourself as a memory but keep it off youtube.

Second of all, I bet if heard in a better context it would be really interesting....without the drunks singing over her in the background.
