@TheKayEpps the song doesn't belong to vfc or kristinia. it belongs to who ever wrote it. It is true, Varsity Fanclub was first to perform the song and they did have it out for two years, however, the writer of the song (for whatever reason) gave permission to kristinia to sing the song as well. Its all about the money, the owner of the song has rights to profit of the song and i guess he/she wanted more money than what vfc provided.

@jesselovelyred That is true yes. But when VFC eas dropped/left Capitol Records. All the sogns that they recorded with them became Capitol Records songs. Not VFC's. And Ryan Teddar is the one who owns the song cause he wrote it. So since she is signed with Capitol Records, she was able to take the song. David from VFC even said that on their myspace page. But I love VFC's version better cause it is the original.
