And their noise at the beginning is "Wan wan wan wan wan wan wan~", which is the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sounds a dog makes. :3

The name of the song is "Jinrou Kyoushikyoku". It translates roughly as Wolfmen or Werewolf Rhapsody. The picture says "Rhapsody of Loup-Garous" though, so I would go with that. "Loups-Garous" is just french for werewolves.
