Couldn't you swap them into a photon casing.

I know changing the lights in Photons is a bitch, but I heard it can be done.

Inova's are a big, but they also put out a brighter light (when the batteries are fresh anyway).

Photon's feel small, maybe I just need a full set of them to truly appreciate.
