Yes, the program used here is Notation Composer. There are many excellent Bach MIDI files available freely on the internet - you can use Notation Composer to get the sheet music for them all.

This minuet (BWV Anh. 114) from music notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach is obviously not by Bach. You can tell by the trite style.

It's attributed to Christian Petzold.

Well, there are many versions of Bach's Minuet. One has many mordents, one is really simplified, one repeats part A twice, and repeats part B twice as well. There are so many arrangements so it is hard to tell which one is the original.
