diamond was the worst, it made me feel as if I needed to go to the toilet real fast. Red was the best hands down. GSC was nice but not very original considering it was goldenrod city sped up. Ruby was nice, a bit mellow but nice. Black and white is okay.

to be totally honest, even though red gives me the most nostalgic feeling, I must hand the title to ruby. that whole generation seems to have a soundtrack different then the others, it stands out. it feels like nintendo was thinking something like: "with this new gba, we have 4 times as many bits. let's show the world what 32 bits can do"

I always hated the bike themes. All of them. The only reason I ever rode my bike was because it was much faster to get where you were going (still is). Sound gets turned off as a result.

Why do people hate on the newer generations?

I have a poster next to me, let's review each gen:

1st gen: Dragons, Fish, Ducks, Turtles, Rocks, Fat people

2nd gen: Crocodiles, Owls, Crows, Dragonflies, Bears, Martial artists.

3rd gen: Geckos, Chickens, Seagulls, Lazy people, Cactuses, More Dragons

4th gen: Penguins, Monkeys, Turtles, Dinosaurs, Skunks, Bees.

I love RBY's theme so much, but I never realized how much the difference between that and GSC's was until I heard them back to back. RBY brings back great memories of some of my first games, but GSC gives me chills. I think Crystal was the first game I ever really loved.

Oh, and RSE's is good too. I actually never heard more than like three seconds of it though, because I was always Mach and on another route by then. DPPt's kinda sucks, though. It's boring.
