@Gohanchamp24 What Goku does in the video is called False Super Saiyan it is the stage between normal state and Super Saiyan it happened because Goku didn't have enough power and also lacked the highest emotional turmoil he could feel. This is why he becomes a False Super Saiyan rather than a SS. The fight with Pikkon is just plain ridiculous. Why didn't Goku just use the Kaio-Ken against Cell he mastered his SS State so he could just bump up his power with the Kaio-Ken it is just bad writing.
