He seems to advocate people being able to sue on the behalf of animals. He compares it to law enforcement of laws against animal cruelity. My question is who are you suing? Gun comps, hunters fisherman? He's out on a radical left limb. Check the Sen.Collins questioning Sunstein video on youtube.
