I really really enjoy this song as a boss song. I mean its just as good or even better than the final boss one and when I'm doing the airway boss battles, it pumps me up. Like when I get to Bowser X (who i have yet to beat btw) I get so pumped up and psyched, its a rush I don't feel in the final battle. To me, that is the final battle.

@MasterChiefthe5th the mode is called the gauntlet and is in an area named challenge node. it is inside bowser you know it when you see it.

note: i think you have to play as giant bowser once to unlock it. also, there are new modes as you progress the game. to beat all modes, you have to be at lvl 55 or something. good luck

I do really like this tune. It's amazing how it seems so jolly and light, but has fantastic tones of seriousness and intensity. And it actual moves into proper tense bits too. I can hear all the attack sounds in my head right now as I listen to this, the pressure of making sure of your attacks are timed right comes to mind. They really do a great job with these Mario and Luigi games, they're one of my favourite series.
