in grade 5 my music teacher used to make us sing this in the morning assembley at school. i still remember while rehearsing this one day, one of the school sweepers ganesh babu (a hindu) asked my music teacher "iss gaaney main dil-e-insaan ke liye kyun nahi rab se dua karte? sirf dil-e-muslim ke liye hi kyun?" My teacher had no answer for him then, and no do i have an answer today!
