There's a difference between what the engine puts out and how much actually gets to the wheels, a stock Evo X is rated at 291 HP, but on a dyno puts out 227~ at the wheels.

It's the other way around. The GSR is a 5 speed manual and the MR is a 6 gear Dual Clutch system named SST. And yes the MR is a semi-auto.
