it was givin to a private firm.they had some initial hiccups.they widened the road before construction to prevent bottle necks i guess.then they stalled it when abdul kalam was stepin out in respect.

And this flyover is supposed to be ready by the time the new Airport begins in March 2008? I have better chances of seeing pigs flying over Hyderabad before this flyover in completed.
