Found out why she derailed. The car was too small to be coupled to the loco. In the turns the couplers were causing the car to lean , thats why she popped.
Nice Layout Update! Those cars look really nice. I'm glad you added a 2x4 for your dip. I still need to add one in mines lol. I have question what radius is your outside and inside mainline? Thanks

I beleive the inner loop should be 22.5, and the outter loop is closer to 26.5. Cant remeber the Unitrack part numbers for the curve.
