  • @MrAmalathas Oh Yes Sir... Thats where we wanna go... and we are working towards that in full swing. By God's grace we should make it thr soon... :) Thanks for watching the film...

  • Here I am haunting you..

did u get yourself trained through a professional cinematography course or is it just self learnt knowledge? in anyway the visuals were really beautiful

  • @ragav085 No Man... i did not learn anywhere, it is my passion. Practice makes man perfect and i'm still learning...

and coming to the cameras used question....

    3 diff cams were used.

    1. Sony EX1 (My Fav)

    2. Nikon D90 for tight shots & anonymous shooting

    3. Canon XH-A1 (Old but gold)

    This is all man... :D

Hope this info is useful for you...

  • @ragav085 We've been working towards this goal for a long long time man. Our team is a group of trained professionals and we've been doin stuff like crazy... Now its time for us to move on to bigger things. I think Passion is what matters the most. Technology is nothing, It just supports your passion thats all...

Craftsman is more important than the tools... :)

  • guys look at my video who did t nagar scenc comment my video so i might its gud r bad type rajvictor1 for my vdeo

  • @rajvictor1 Buddy... there was no video in there. i cud see only the making. Please do upload the video so that i can share my views on the same.

by the way my name is sreeni and i'm the cinematographer for T Nagar.

  • I would say that the choreography was really taken well.. seems like the person who took has a excellent passion towards.. Great work.. I dont have much idea about Chennai.. but I have a heard a lot about T Nagar.. Great shoot guys!!!

  • @satyojath1 Thank you satyojath... Yup Cinematography was all we were thinkin about when we made this film. Glad it is getting recognized well. Thank you for watching...

  • gud job u guys did t nagar scencs

  • @rajvictor1 Thank you man... Thanks for watching.

  • fine

  • the video was amazing, but the shots are sometimes out of focus, just saying. How'd you get perfect lighting for shots like 2:22?? did you wait till evening to get the perfect lighting?

  • @sf49ersrule Good observation on the out of focus parts... That was all part n parcel of the technical stuff...

Yup... Almost all the shots were planned well before the shoot. Actually we wanted to shoot this during Diwali, which wud've added a lot more flavor to the video, but unfortunately we din have so much time. So we had to go with some random date. I'm still hoping that some other filmmaker will capture the real beauty of T Nagar during the festival seasons. That shd be interesting...

  • that camera must have cost you a lot

  • @sf49ersrule Yes Bro... We spent a lot on the equipments. We hired 3 diff cameras, we shot with a very diff approach.

We wanted the video to look shaky as T Nagar is always in a rush so we wanted to maintain the theme.

This project is very close to our hearts and we've got so many offers after this video and we are very happy that people have connected well with this video.

I would like to thank all the viewers for their support and encouragement.

  • YLP i am using your video in chennai face book.

  • @andrewsamrassiah Please go ahead Andrews... No Probs... We are Glad... :D thank you for the honor...

  • NOSTALGIC......

  • looks like they used HD SLR Camera for shooting this video..i am right?

  • @karthikindica1

Yup... You can read all about it from our website

  • @karthikindica1 Hey Buddy... forgot to mention... That was not the only camera wich was used. We used diff cameras for diff situations.

And everything you see is in-camera tweaks. This footage was not graded.

As i told you earlier you can learn a lot abt this video from our website.

    Thanks for watching bro.

    GREAT WORK GUYS! CONGRATS!

    Kachina

  • Thank you Kachina for the comments. Most of the things which u wanted more, like Arts & Crafts, Children's Expressions are actually sweet and i wanted to see them more too but the hard truth is that it would kill the essence of what we actually wanted to show. So i deliberately had to cut them down short. Well anyways "Good things always come in small Quatities". Thank you so much for the review.

  • grt work ppl.......splendid camera work.

  • hi guys.. video was a gud one....nice capture of people, emotions, colors......

i liked the time lapse shot from 06:53 to 06:58

  • Thank you Buddy... Thats all we wanted to show and you got it.

    Thank you once again

  • That is a great debut film Sreeni. I wish I could understand what the narrators were saying but the cinematography was mesmerizing and the soundtrack was really cool. Plus it is good to hear your trademark laugh towards the end of the film. I want to go to Chennai now. In many ways it reminds Nadia of her town in China. Keep in touch and keep me posted on your future film productions.

    All the best,

    Rod

P.S. The camera that you bought is awesome.

  • Thank you so much Rod.

Sorry for not adding the Subtitles. We never thot the video wud go this far. Will accomodate the changes and release a new version.

Come to Chennai Rod, its an awesome place. Please do keep following my Work.

    Thanks for your Love.

  • Hi All, Please do drop in your comments/rate the video if possible so that we can understand your real response. :) Thank you so much for watchin the video.
