do you use the clutch to smooth out the aceleration? yesterday i rode my dad's in the garage, and if i don't squeeze the clutch a little bit, the bike takes off. it's got a lot of torque in low revs and i'm a bit clumsy with the gas. (i'm 15, didn't get my first bike yet)
