You guys might think , "what , a life bar ?" But actually , it is the only you got . You got no extra live , once you're dead , start again . I gotta admit though it is easier because you can get food to replenish but still , that is only life you have . Oh yeah , good run and I enjoyed this game .
This metal isnt as good as the others ones. It lacks a challange, as most bosses are easy, you have a health bar which shouldnt be as its not like you should live from a rocket to the face, and the score bar is gone? Also knifeing & killing with guns like laser gun dont make blood or splat? It isnt as good, but since its Metal Slug, so its still somewhat good.
I get what you mean. I am somewhat conflicted as I am a stickler for using proper titles and a grammar nazi. Metal Slug Advance may be the official name but Metal Slug Advanced sounds much better.
Mission 4, well, I can understand the boss takes a while for you because you don't have any of the cards. Mission 5, always so hard. Nice job beating it on the first try. 5'd.

kind of. sure, it didn't back in 2001, when the GBA really WAS advanced. it's not advanced anymore.

Awesome! I started record and upload my speedrun vids from MSA, but i have all 100 cards, and its easyer...
A tipp: when fighting with Homing-missile shooter tanks,(for example at 6:57) jump, and throw a grenade behind his armor, it will kill instantly ;)

The fourth mission is godd but you should go left, before the boss and get more grenades and the flame thrower. But the last level is good ^^

if you got the flame shot before the boss battle, the boss would be done in a matter of seconds. It would defenately speed up the whole thing
