The Twilight Zone " Gremlin" reference in this episode isn't just the only time they refer to it. In the episode where Dick & Mary are going to fly to Chicago Dick looks out the plane's window and yells there's something on the wing.! Way to funny !
does anybody know how a guy with thick hair would go about being able to make his hair look like tommy's, if that person's hair has been thick his entire life??? is it possible to make it wavy or is that something you are born with? what supplements, if any should be used? if anybody knows, and is willng to tell me, i would really appreciate it.
haha the actor of The big giant head (William Shatner) was in an episode of the twilightzone as a guy who sees something on the wing of a plane and the actor of Dick (John Lithgow) played the same character in the Twilightzone movie.
"I call top half." "Screw that." That killed me. I really like Sally and Tommy didn't join in kicking Dick in the ass. Really shows how close they really are.
Well, I never seen Conehead, but I know Jane Curtin played in the movie. They made a reference about it in the show. But as for Footloose, John Lithgow plays a reverend who's against rock n' roll music. So when Tommy starts a rock n' roll band, Dick doesn't approve and quotes directly from Footloose. It was a hilarious scene to all those who've seen Footloose.
OMFG I can't believe I didn't see this one before... one of the best jokes I've ever heard!
To anyone that didn't get it: they both played the same character in the same story, though years apart from one another. Shatner played someone who sees and stressed out over a gremlin on the wing of a plane decades ago on The Twilight Zone (Nightmare at 20,000 Feet), and Lithgow played the same character in the The Twilight Zone Movie quite a while after that.
@Truthiness231 I wasn't a fan of this show, but my friends were fans. Still this was scene was so Hilarious when I watched it while my friends were over, but none of them got the joke. LOL "same thing happened to me".
John doing footloose is the best xD flashbacks lol.

Jane Curtin and Dan Ackroyd created the Coneheads, aliens posing as French people in the US, as an SNL skit - much later it was made a movie.
