  • I'd like to ask a question: How do you plan to feed 7 billion people? On grass? LOL

  • @rncarman It takes an average of 10 pounds of protein from feed (usually corn and soy) to produce one pound of pork protein. In other words, about ten times as many people can meet their protein needs with inexpensive plant protein staples - beans, whole grains - compared to grain-fed pork. Bottom line: more meat production equals hungrier world.
