I always do this, its a great "trick"... sometimes ill do it right be fore bed and sleep with it like that and in the morning you have great volume!

i think its good that you mentioned to spray lightly. a lot of other gurus suggest using an insane amount of hair spray, which will end up weighing your hair down and it will flaten out faster

@x3leon you might be putting too much product in it, i always had that problem so i'd like LOAD up on hairspray, now i find that if i don't use any hairspray at all, it holds the longest :)!
