@gmfutube people were starving in 1930s because of the federal reserve interfering in the free makret by printing money during the "roaring 20s". and again, the panic of 1873 was caused by the union borrowing money to fund the civil war. in every instance, the governent involvenment in monetary policy by central planning leads to booms AND busts in fincancial cycles. free market has waves, but anytime central planners try to compensate, they always overcomepensate. it leads to financial chaos.

The problem is not that our government is "too big". The problem is that our government is corrupt. The problem is that we don't have a democracy. Example: the majority of Americans have wanted to end the wars in the middle east for almost 9 years now. Does our government listen to us? No. This is not a democracy. The is called oligarchy. We are being ruled by a tiny and ultra rich minority.
These talking heads are sitting around talking and pretending that our government hasn't totally sold out to big business and the military industrial complex. We need someone to end the corruption that is rotting our democracy. Ron Paul might be that person.
Unlike Obama, who broke most of his campaign promises, Ron Paul has a history of doing what he says and voting how he campaigns. Ron Paul is for peace and Ron Paul can be trusted. Anyone who doesn't vote for Ron Paul is voting for extended war. A vote for any other candidate says that you value something else more than you value peace. It really is that simple.
GOP wake up call. I hope the Ron Paul telegraphs his intent to take his 10% of the GOP in an independent bid if the GOP puts up another decepticon the likes of Romney, Cain, or Perry as a presidential candidate and assure a loss for the GOP. If he doesn't, most true conservatives will do their best to make it happen

these people are a joke....get them the hell out of the public spotlight, make them work and produce t hings as everyone else should....instead of sitting on their asses, being idiot pundits....my god what a joke....
Do you people really want to keep this country in status quo with both the republicans and democrates? You already know its the RICH that own this country don't you?? Bankers paying for elections, Bankers getting bailed out by the people they payed to get elected... The list goes on and on. Meanwhile, WE THE PEOPLE are getting screwed everyday! The current government lies and lies to us, and the dumb believe it, and elect them, and WE THE PEOPLE are still broke. RON PAUL Please save us!!
The biggest fallacy in American history is the idea that free market capitalism caused the depression. If anyone believes that they know nothing about the Federal Reserve and the fraud perpetrated by the big banks. How can that lady rant about how Dr Paul can't win in a general election when Dr. Paul does the best with independents? The whole concept of 'electability' is what is wrong with modern politics. That concept is a result of focusing on the person and not the ideas that person promotes.
3:15 so she uses the excuse "idk about his view on immigration..he's not my candidate"...pure ignorance..how can she pick her candidate without knowing the views of other candidates?
If he ran for president, he would win hands down. They know it. Thats why they won't let him past the primaries. They will say he narrowly loses the primaries and causus' and keep him from running. They control the corporate media, which will continue to repeat "he is not electalbe" to drive it into the ppls physce, so they dont question the "democracy".
@AGTW31 "Ron Paul is a paranoid windbag" Cool, troll. Gathering from your other youtube activity, you enjoy: 1. trolling youtube videos, and 2. sticking your finger in your dog's ass.
the elderly lady last comments are so way off base...it's the very reason government is in health care that cost are so high that people go bankrupt when they are sick...socialst statist heroine she is
who is this lady? "the founding fathers didn't envision a country where you have a right to get sick and go bankrupt"? That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard all week.
Mort Zuckerman, member of the CFR and globalist shill, lies through his teeth by asserting capitalism caused the Great Depression. The Great Depression was engineered by the Federal Reserve, owned by the very same masters that Zuckerman works for. In fact, former Fed chief Alan Greenspan has admitted the depression was created by the Fed.
The unprecedented level of inbred corruption within the ranks of our government is moving this nation to the brink. This does not need to happen. If Ron Paul is not elected the worst is yet to come and it will be the worst of the worst in history.
The health care intervention is now preventing me from being able to afford health care. Nor was the capitalist at fault for the depression - quite the opposite indeed. Where do these people get their ignorant notions? oh, that's right, they simply parrot the big government media lies...
Ok people, its clear that the uninformed are posting here about RP and parroting what they're told to think on CNN and FOX. For those of you who think healthcare needs to be gov controlled, here is a perfect example for you. Eye surgery. Not allowed under gov care because its not "necessary." So what happened? The prices dropped to the point where anyone can afford it. Thats what would happen to ALL health care. Its a fact. Its history. Educate yourselves before you comment.
@delanogaston Love that you have a hypothetical based on something you made up, and you use *that* as proof. You're quite silly, you know that? So silly, that I have to point this out. American health insurance companies (Y'know, the free market) have already deemed many things as "unnecessary". Especially surgery where the implications of delay are fatal.
Also, American healthcare is the most expensive in the western world. Why is that?
@snipzor It's not made up, ya tool. Just because your ignorant of it, doesn't make it a fallacy. You didn't even comprehend my analogy of the lasik eye surgery. It IS free market genius. Because the government you love to depend on so much, will not cover it. So, if you can't prove me wrong, then please....move on, or STFU. Don't feel bad, many, many intelligent and reputable economists have tried to prove RP wrong and failed too. You're in good company.
@delanogaston Note, even if the theoretical nameless government healthcare plan wouldn't theoretically cover it, the cost of the surgery itself is still less expensive outside the US where there is no government healthcare at all. The costs also extend to necessary surgery, where it is the most expensive still in the US. Don't ignore that.
And many people have proven Ron Paul wrong. Specifically anyone who have actually studied economics and know he's full of shit everytime he brings it up.
@snipzor All those people who thought he was crazy when he predicted the housing bubble? or the people that said he was wrong on the stimulus? (which is Keynesian economics at its finest) or the ppl who said, don't go to Iraq, that's dumb. They're a danger to the USA! or the people who told him he's crazy for backing the gold standard? I guess Ronald Reagan, Peter Schiff, and John Stossell don't know what they're talking about either? Those are facts not "your full of shit". You should try it.
@delanogaston Ah yes, the lie that he was the only one that predicted the bubble. He didn't predict the bubble, he heard it from doomsday nutcase, Peter Schiff, who claims everything is fucked on a daily basis. He didn't even get the reason behind the bubble right. So he got to the conclusion without the proper means of getting there. Pretty much, a massive guess.
And yea, backing the gold standard is still retarded.
@snipzor So who else predicted it back in 1971? LOL Nobody! Your argument has nothing because you know nothing about economics! And Peter Schiff said buy gold at $200 10 years ago. Yeah, what a nutcase! LOL, if you ahd listened to him you would be rich! And why is anyone who tells the truth a "nut case"? You are one of the tards who got us in this mess with your "America and the banks that finance it are too big to fail!" blah blah. Keep parroting CNN, they need the ratings.
@delanogaston Back in 1971? Oh jeez, I swear, it's just like when people are talking about slavery. They add 100 years everytime they talk about it. I'm sure a year from now, someone will say "Ron Paul predicted the bubble back in 1942". No he very didn't, not even close to when he "predicted it". If he did say it back in the 1970's, that means he's a fear monger that can't be accurate with predictions.
Also, Peter Schiff blames the collapse on the FED. Bullshit.
@snipzor I think that's a slight misstatement, Ron Paul has been talking about how the housing bubble began building in 1971, that's probably where that figure came from. Also, how is the fed not to blame for the collapse of the housing bubble? They inflated it with cheap (read: artificially low interest rates) credit, and every bubble bursts my friend. The fed is the government's drug and they will happily buy treasury notes with freshly printed dollars to inflate the next bubble.
@quakefiend The fed isn't entirely to blame for the non-existent regulations that could have prevented what Michael Lewis calls "The Big Short" (Wicked book by the way). Or the non-existent regulations that could have prevented idiotic lending policies. Sure the fact that low interest rates could have had an effect on the willingness for people to take out loans, but those types of things should have been stopped from the get go.
@snipzor Sure, it takes two to tango, but if cheap credit is available, people will take it who shouldn't and subsequently invest it poorly. This causes misallocation of limited resources such as raw materials and labor and as a consequence the entire economy suffers. Ending the federal reserve bank (a private bank) eliminates this central economic planning and restores a true market based economy, free of bubbles and the "business cycle" caused by widespread malinvestment.
@quakefiend You would definitely think that the banks would try their best to add their own rules where they need to run background checks on the people they are lending to. But for some reason, it was the exact opposite. Why was this the case?
@snipzor Because they knew they could borrow cheap money from the fed, and lend it out at much higher interest rates, and the bad loans they made they knew they could just repackage them into subprime mortgage securities and government sponsored agencies such as freddie mac and fannie mae would buy them (essentially bail them out). So basically there was no downside whatsoever to banks making any loan they wanted to, courtesy of the government and federal reserve.
@quakefiend No, its not a misstatement at all. Ron Paul began his career in politics the day Nixon announced he would unconstitutionally remove the gold standard and implement the fiat currency. The most prominent and renowned Austrian economists said that this leads to bubbles. Ron Paul was just quoting what he'd spent a lifetime studying. Now I'm doing the same.
@snipzor How is it bullshit? Enlighten us. That's all you do is claim things are bullshit. I can play that game too, but I prefer facts. And yes, 1971. That was the year Nixon dismantled the gold backed dollar. The same day RP decided to run for Congress. You wanna take more stabs at me, go ahead, but I dont talk out my ass and I can back up anything. Why is it so hard for you to believe that maybe...just MAYBE what youve been told to be true isn't? Weve tried your way, now lets try his.
@delanogaston You prefer getting your talking points from Austrian economists, who most of the world would much rather ignore because they've spent their entire existence ignoring every social science in the world. And in 1971, all he did was run because he was bitching about the fact that the dollar would become more competitive by stop being backed by gold.
@snipzor Most of the world? Lol, you dont follow finance much eh? Check out Brazil and Peru. Both are surging free market economies under recent major leadership changes. Israel is also booming because of their deregulation and their Prime minister says he plans on more. China? India? Russia since the collapse of the USSR? LOL, ok now tell me free market doesn't work again? That was my favorite part!
"The unfettered Capitalism wasn't working"? We haven't had unfettered Capitalism since 1913! When the Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve banks can create money out of thin air, supply and demand laws get distorted and prices go haywire!
Then you have regulation upon regulation and taxes galore, bad things like depressions are going to happen! Lets get real people, the less government intervention foreign and domestic we have the better. Lets wake up and end this madness!
From what I gathered from "ssa.gov", unexpected inflation produced an increase in social security benefits, which far exceeded funding (because of lower worker wages). The Greenspan Commission created a temporary fix ( by extending payroll taxes) to create surpluses. Those surpluses would be put in special issue treasury bonds to combat the oncoming baby-boomer retirees (which in 2004 was 1.5 trillion dollars). This was holy dependent however on whether Congress would decrease spending.
The question is whether social security is solvent. Even in the 1970s, the United States was forced to expand its funding. Before the 1950s the benefit payments were under 1& of GDP; after the 1980s it increased to 5%, and is expected to increase to 6.5%.
These fucking morons make me want to scream. Mort Zuckerman and whoever that woman is need a history lesson. Zuckerman thinks that capitalism caused the first great depression. the woman thinks that "unfettered capitalism" fails. They ignore the government's vital role in the catastrophes that they blame on capitalism.
@tapary Yea seriously, how can these people spout time tested history like it matters, instead of stating very clearly the horseshit given by low grade historians who aren't even credible enough to tell you what happened yesterday.
How dare they discuss peer reviewed history and facts like they're facts, disgusting, they should try their hand at revisionist history. Because as we all know, that's always been right!
I agree with Ron Paul on everything but issues like welfare. Sure there are people that leech off it and are just lazy but just because their are a few bad apples doesn't mean it's a bad thing. I say we should reform welfare and maybe create a national program that helps Americas youth find jobs and do them.
It's absurd. If America had too much regulation and government, slave goods wouldn't be coming into the country and destroying the economy while destroying the lives of the exploited and those with lost jobs. Shit wouldn't be spilling, exploding, etc. while the nuclear sector melts down either. Ron Paul might get America out of war and affect the Fed (I'd like to see that as money calls the shots) but nothing else will change Might as well throw out the 1st and 14th Amendments and bow to God.
@PawnBACM Why should the Gov't give you effective regulation? You vote the same guys in again and again even when they fail in this way. The bureaucracies they create are themselves basically eternal, and barely effected by elected officials on top of that. The federal register of regulations has only grown over time, never shrunk. Its labyrinthine to raise barriers to entry and thus protect the very corps you wish to hold to account. Simple regulations that were enforced, would work better.
@99Kresnik Government could be more efficient or better That said, it is their job. It is what they are elected/hired to do. The duties of every agent of government flow originally from the Constitution or the constitutions of their respective states and the people. You undercut your own assertion what is more. Is your suggestion that those motivated solely by profit are more likely to protect the health, safety, and welfare of people they owe no duty rather than enriching shareholders/self?
@PawnBACM Yes. Because if Fraud and Theft are enforced, and companies can fail, Fear balanced out the Greed. When the FEAR leaves the market, due to moral hazard, then Greed runs amok. How many heads rolled at the SEC when they failed to catch Bernie Madoff? Despite reports and such to investigate.
The people who say Ron Paul cannot win are people who, for the most part, do not want him to win. They tend to be people who are threatened by Ron Paul.
If Democrats like Clift are worried that Ron Paul will outflank President Obama on the war issue, that means those people care more about Obama or their party or big government programs than they do about ending war. How very sad.
Obama has broken most of his promises, Ron Paul has proven he does what he promises. Ron Paul can be trusted.
@RevolutionNewsDotUS2 Yeah, not voting for those bills does show your values. And he's only against bombing people because of the cost and his John Birch Society type belief that all wars are intended to bankrupt the country because of the secret communist controllers. You really need to research Ron Paul. Dig deeper than the soundbites and campaign slogans.
@0hs0Zen0 you really need to show some evidence instead of tell me to dig deeper.
secret commie controllers? you mean like this?:
“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” —Henry Ford
"The real truth of the matter is... that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government of the US since the days of Andrew Jackson." —FDR
@RevolutionNewsDotUS2 Oh yeah, great source, the same Henry Ford that supported Hitler and was a white supremacist. A "financial element" doesn't mean communist. (I am not a communist.) If anything the richest people in America are greedy and anti-communist. Fucking shit man, get a grip on reality.
@0hs0Zen0 so it's not true because henry (nazi sympathizer) ford said it? so I guess NOTHING ford said was true (because he supported the nazis) HA HA HA
he's just one of many who have said the same thing for centuries!
@RevolutionNewsDotUS2 Henry Ford was not a smart man. And that's a quote. You can find quotes on anything. There's nothing specific in there about why people should be pissed. And it doesn't prove anything the Birchers wanted to prove.
@0hs0Zen0 HA HA HA, ford was not a smart man HA HA HA
birchers? did I say anything about the birch society?
what, do you love promoting the criminal federal reserve or something? do you work for them?
you like having a counterfeiting operation as your central bank?
“The Federal Reserve is one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice who does not know that this Nation is run by the International Banks.”
I disagree with Ron Paul on his domestic agenda, (I like guaranteed government health care, Social Security & Environmentalism, Clean Air & Water, etc) but I agree mostely with his foreign policies and I don't see how any GOP primary voter could vote for that goof Rick Perry over Ron Paul.
@BarackMcBush He doesn't want to remove clean air, water, etc. He wants the government OUT of it, and let private business handle it. History proves that it works, and government sucks at everything it gets its hands on.
@delanogaston No ,History proves the opposite about pollution , If the "Free market" decided environmental regulations then we would still be using DDT , it took government to implement standards to stop "Acid Rain" that was killing Vermont's maple trees ,there are dozens of examples. If perfection is your standard then any system will let you down. Why is gas now unleaded? why can you not dump raw sewage in to lakes? ,etc
If she doesn't even know what Dr. Paul's stand on immigration is, why is she on TV pretending to know what she's talking about? Go do some research and get back to us, eleanor, you useless old bag.
If Ron Paul is not Eleanor Clift's candidate, then she must love her big government programs more than she hates war. That's just sad. Ron Paul is the only anti-war candidate, including Obama.
Go Ron Paul! The only candidate with common sense.
The reason the constitution was created was to prevent this from happening, and what happens? The constitution was pretty much spat on by the government and now America is creating its own miserable demise. The mainstream media and politicians act like the majority of Americans are blind dumbfucks and it seems to be working. For the sake of your own freedom vote Ron Paul in 2012, i wish i could vote but i don't live in America, the "land of the free".
Twice in this vid the two seated on the left blame capitalism for the failures of corporatism and too much regulatory intervention - first the great depression and second the problems with our healthcare system.
Wouldn't we need to have an "unfettered capitalist system" before it can be proven not to work. I would think the logical conclusion that one would reach is to say the current system is not working, which is a government interventionist system. She might as well blame our current mess on the Hammurabi Code! It's nice that someone can make these asinine statements that go unfettered . . . err, I mean unchallenged, by the other drones on the show. GOD BLESS OUR NATIONAL TREASURE!
Eleanor Clift... she knows he can't get elected, but she doesnt' know Ron Pauls imigration policy. Clift... get out of the way for liberty to come through!!!!
these guys are all falling all over themselves to remain relevant. last week it was (crickets) about Ron Paul, this week "he speaks for main street america."
at least the idiot Eleanor Clift is not so ready to give up on the welfare-warfare state.
I'm boycotting cable and satellite tv. I'm not paying for that crap. I can get more entertainment and better news online anyway. Not going to pay for TV that ignores or demonizes Ron Paul and puts Sarah Palin, Casey Anthony, Donald Trump or some other lame glorified reality star on a pedestal by giving them 1000X more coverage. Feel free to join me.

Educate yourselves before you comment.
delanogaston 6 months ago
@delanogaston Love that you have a hypothetical based on something you made up, and you use *that* as proof. You're quite silly, you know that? So silly, that I have to point this out. American health insurance companies (Y'know, the free market) have already deemed many things as "unnecessary". Especially surgery where the implications of delay are fatal.
Also, American healthcare is the most expensive in the western world. Why is that?
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor It's not made up, ya tool. Just because your ignorant of it, doesn't make it a fallacy. You didn't even comprehend my analogy of the lasik eye surgery. It IS free market genius. Because the government you love to depend on so much, will not cover it. So, if you can't prove me wrong, then please....move on, or STFU. Don't feel bad, many, many intelligent and reputable economists have tried to prove RP wrong and failed too. You're in good company.
delanogaston 6 months ago
@delanogaston Note, even if the theoretical nameless government healthcare plan wouldn't theoretically cover it, the cost of the surgery itself is still less expensive outside the US where there is no government healthcare at all. The costs also extend to necessary surgery, where it is the most expensive still in the US. Don't ignore that.
And many people have proven Ron Paul wrong. Specifically anyone who have actually studied economics and know he's full of shit everytime he brings it up.
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor All those people who thought he was crazy when he predicted the housing bubble? or the people that said he was wrong on the stimulus? (which is Keynesian economics at its finest) or the ppl who said, don't go to Iraq, that's dumb. They're a danger to the USA! or the people who told him he's crazy for backing the gold standard? I guess Ronald Reagan, Peter Schiff, and John Stossell don't know what they're talking about either? Those are facts not "your full of shit". You should try it.
delanogaston 6 months ago
@delanogaston Ah yes, the lie that he was the only one that predicted the bubble. He didn't predict the bubble, he heard it from doomsday nutcase, Peter Schiff, who claims everything is fucked on a daily basis. He didn't even get the reason behind the bubble right. So he got to the conclusion without the proper means of getting there. Pretty much, a massive guess.
And yea, backing the gold standard is still retarded.
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor So who else predicted it back in 1971? LOL Nobody! Your argument has nothing because you know nothing about economics! And Peter Schiff said buy gold at $200 10 years ago. Yeah, what a nutcase! LOL, if you ahd listened to him you would be rich! And why is anyone who tells the truth a "nut case"? You are one of the tards who got us in this mess with your "America and the banks that finance it are too big to fail!" blah blah. Keep parroting CNN, they need the ratings.
delanogaston 6 months ago
@delanogaston Back in 1971? Oh jeez, I swear, it's just like when people are talking about slavery. They add 100 years everytime they talk about it. I'm sure a year from now, someone will say "Ron Paul predicted the bubble back in 1942". No he very didn't, not even close to when he "predicted it". If he did say it back in the 1970's, that means he's a fear monger that can't be accurate with predictions.
Also, Peter Schiff blames the collapse on the FED. Bullshit.
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor I think that's a slight misstatement, Ron Paul has been talking about how the housing bubble began building in 1971, that's probably where that figure came from. Also, how is the fed not to blame for the collapse of the housing bubble? They inflated it with cheap (read: artificially low interest rates) credit, and every bubble bursts my friend. The fed is the government's drug and they will happily buy treasury notes with freshly printed dollars to inflate the next bubble.
quakefiend 6 months ago
@quakefiend The fed isn't entirely to blame for the non-existent regulations that could have prevented what Michael Lewis calls "The Big Short" (Wicked book by the way). Or the non-existent regulations that could have prevented idiotic lending policies. Sure the fact that low interest rates could have had an effect on the willingness for people to take out loans, but those types of things should have been stopped from the get go.
Why was it that nobody was watching this?
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor Sure, it takes two to tango, but if cheap credit is available, people will take it who shouldn't and subsequently invest it poorly. This causes misallocation of limited resources such as raw materials and labor and as a consequence the entire economy suffers. Ending the federal reserve bank (a private bank) eliminates this central economic planning and restores a true market based economy, free of bubbles and the "business cycle" caused by widespread malinvestment.
quakefiend 6 months ago
@quakefiend You would definitely think that the banks would try their best to add their own rules where they need to run background checks on the people they are lending to. But for some reason, it was the exact opposite. Why was this the case?
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor Because they knew they could borrow cheap money from the fed, and lend it out at much higher interest rates, and the bad loans they made they knew they could just repackage them into subprime mortgage securities and government sponsored agencies such as freddie mac and fannie mae would buy them (essentially bail them out). So basically there was no downside whatsoever to banks making any loan they wanted to, courtesy of the government and federal reserve.
quakefiend 6 months ago
@quakefiend No, its not a misstatement at all. Ron Paul began his career in politics the day Nixon announced he would unconstitutionally remove the gold standard and implement the fiat currency. The most prominent and renowned Austrian economists said that this leads to bubbles. Ron Paul was just quoting what he'd spent a lifetime studying. Now I'm doing the same.
delanogaston 6 months ago
@snipzor How is it bullshit? Enlighten us. That's all you do is claim things are bullshit. I can play that game too, but I prefer facts. And yes, 1971. That was the year Nixon dismantled the gold backed dollar. The same day RP decided to run for Congress. You wanna take more stabs at me, go ahead, but I dont talk out my ass and I can back up anything. Why is it so hard for you to believe that maybe...just MAYBE what youve been told to be true isn't? Weve tried your way, now lets try his.
delanogaston 6 months ago
@delanogaston You prefer getting your talking points from Austrian economists, who most of the world would much rather ignore because they've spent their entire existence ignoring every social science in the world. And in 1971, all he did was run because he was bitching about the fact that the dollar would become more competitive by stop being backed by gold.
snipzor 6 months ago
@snipzor Most of the world? Lol, you dont follow finance much eh? Check out Brazil and Peru. Both are surging free market economies under recent major leadership changes. Israel is also booming because of their deregulation and their Prime minister says he plans on more. China? India? Russia since the collapse of the USSR? LOL, ok now tell me free market doesn't work again? That was my favorite part!

...or increase funding
stwolma 6 months ago
From what I gathered from "ssa.gov", unexpected inflation produced an increase in social security benefits, which far exceeded funding (because of lower worker wages). The Greenspan Commission created a temporary fix ( by extending payroll taxes) to create surpluses. Those surpluses would be put in special issue treasury bonds to combat the oncoming baby-boomer retirees (which in 2004 was 1.5 trillion dollars). This was holy dependent however on whether Congress would decrease spending.

odlsej 6 months ago
The question is whether social security is solvent. Even in the 1970s, the United States was forced to expand its funding. Before the 1950s the benefit payments were under 1& of GDP; after the 1980s it increased to 5%, and is expected to increase to 6.5%.

PawnBACM 6 months ago
@PawnBACM Why should the Gov't give you effective regulation? You vote the same guys in again and again even when they fail in this way. The bureaucracies they create are themselves basically eternal, and barely effected by elected officials on top of that. The federal register of regulations has only grown over time, never shrunk. Its labyrinthine to raise barriers to entry and thus protect the very corps you wish to hold to account. Simple regulations that were enforced, would work better.
99Kresnik 6 months ago
@99Kresnik Government could be more efficient or better That said, it is their job. It is what they are elected/hired to do. The duties of every agent of government flow originally from the Constitution or the constitutions of their respective states and the people. You undercut your own assertion what is more. Is your suggestion that those motivated solely by profit are more likely to protect the health, safety, and welfare of people they owe no duty rather than enriching shareholders/self?
PawnBACM 6 months ago
