while the visuals are great and the action spot-on, this is the only quake title I have not played 10x and counting... quite a disappointment :( and the multiplayer is inferior to 1 & 2 & 3 as well, being the same as 3 but less fun imo

@theaznfishy Only Rhino Squad marines are more capable and prepare than all others during the game. Whenever you find a group of marines from other squads and it happens that you have to fight with them as your support, dont trust them, the must probably they will die, but sometimes they survive. That wont happen when you encounter Rhino Squad operatives. They survive and cover your back for real.

ShinjioRawkz is right, what he said wasn't stupid at all. The intro is clearly inspired by Half-Life: Opposing Force. The ship crash lands and then your character suffers from a few blackouts only seeing a few moments of chaos while conscious, however, you can interact with HL:OF's intro ;)

Lay off Kelzorens, Quake 4 and Half-Life:OF are equally good games. However, the Half-Life 2 series is far better, I recommend playing them if you haven't, they're cheap off Steam aswell! =]

Sorry 2 say this but The Dark Matter Gun is ass The BFG would rape the shit out of the Dark Matter Gun!! I have shot regular strogg point blank with the damn gun and it pulls them back 2 feet and they still live But with a BFG poof Gibs everywhere Dead!! I know some of you have had that same experience where You shoot a Shity Strogg that has a shotgun and it doesn't kill them right off the bat!! I would rather them stick the Doom 3 BFG in Quake 4 with the BFG Charge up ability!!
