There is one TF episode called "Only Humans" season 3 where an elderly guy who looked and sound similar to the missing Cobra Commander. He kidnapped Autobots and wanted to sale their bodies as Mech weapons to terrorists. In the end of the episode when he retreats he clinches his fist in the air and shouts "COBRA!!!" Its a big give away..i though awesome

I always thought Serpentor and Megatron had alot of similarities, same with Chris Lattas characters of Cobra Commander and Starscream.
