Good to see so many art film fans with completely closed minds in regards to hip hop. J Dilla (the musical side of Slum Village) was an artist too. Listen to "Waves" or "Bye" by J Dilla (both on youtube). I'm a huge fan of Paradjanov by the way. I don't think this particular song is even close to the same magnitude as his art, but to dismiss all hip hop music is ignorant and close-minded and snobbish.
