Omg this text from the trailer is the same one as in english translation of Murakami's Kafka on the shore (except for the last sentence)! How's that?? O.o
@Opethiansoul Yeah, I noticed that tonight as well, this preview was before "Winter's Bone" on DVD. Kafka on the Shore is my all time favorite novel. Anyway, I'm glad someone else caught it.
simplemente por el corto te das cuenta de que esto sí es cine,ya que, a diferencia del 98% de mierda de cine gringo, este trailer no empieza con una pendejada como "en este verano...". Tenías que ser mexicano chingón!
bunch of ingredients will make me fly with this movie: Javier Bardem Best Actor Award, Festival de Cannes 2010, Iñarritu, mexican writers, technicians, art director, photography director, Barcelona, One of my most loved Cities in the world, the theme of the film is so bloddy real and chaotic, very few people will coprehend it, everybody see it but very few understand it, and everybody take advantage of it, I MEAN ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, americans should Thank illegal workers on Thanksgiving day
@therunningman09 No, what is actually funny is how american people call foreigners to people just because they weren't born or don't live in the US. In this scenario you are a foreign person watching a mexican-spanish movie. Not that the term is offensive or anything, is just that american people are so centered in their culture that they seem to forget that they are foreigners for most people in the world.
I didn't mean to use "foreigners" in a negative or demeaning sense, but i used it because its a Spanish film being released her in the US and me watching it online in the US so the term applies. Quit being so sensitive.
And it ironic because American films at one time used to be an iconic part of our culture to outsiders and reshaped many peoples lives. Now today its the opposite.
@therunningman09 I totally agree with you on that, most of the music I listen are from american bands, most of the movies i watch and that i've watched were made in the US. I work for a US company in my country meaning that i speak with american people all day long thats why im familiar with that american way of thinking in which they think theres nothing else beyond the US that they might like and i dont have anything against american pop culture, I apologize if i misunderstood your comment.

Yeah.. what the eff.... My best guess is in the film he will be said to be quoting the book, perhaps? Otherwise I think it'd be plagiarism of sorts.

Funny how the foreigners make the best films these days.
Please no one mention the film that is like Dances with wolves but in space and with big blue aliens.
