nice! :) got my w123 240D -83 just today! a 3 year long sitter fired up on first try after about 1 second (no exaggeration) great car everything works except the indicator that has an electric faulty.. just a bit rusty but the body is very straight and nice!
As a fellow W123 owner, as sad as it may seem, I still love these driving vids and being 'chauffeured' in someone elses!
W123's are the most reliable cars on the planet - I'm sure that if MB reintroduced them, they would still sell - they are sheer automotive perfection..
Your engine sounds sweet mate - look after her and she'll look after you (I change my oil regularly every 3,000 miles). A simple 10 minute job will ensure that your engine continues to give you years of faultless service.
