Plushenko is my favorite male skater and it is wonderful to be able to hear a little bit about what is going on "behind the scenes" as we all wait for him to win "The Gold" again this coming February. I am so excited about him coming back to skating and really pleased he is doing it in Vancouver. He won his first Worlds there and for him to win his second Olympics would be fantastic!

I remember still watching him in 2002 at the SLC Olympics and the only thing that bothered me about him was the motions of his arms, but I loved watching him skate. But good luck with working with him. :)

Flaiing arms rule!Each skater has his style.

Plushenko was the best in that night, and survived the "being the favotite to win" label. Skaters with full loaded choreography or not did not come even close.

PLEASE give him some choreography and make him STOP with the flailing arms. His 2006 CH was non existent.

He does not "flailing arms" .. he just "use" the whole body while skating, unlike the other skaters - because it he is to me and like so much! :-)

Stop choreographing for Plushenko and start choreographing YOUR programs, j/k. I love him, I could see him win another gold medal (even though it's going to be tough). Try to do most of his jumps in the second half so he could get the 10% bonus. Plus he should kill the straight line footwork, that's his trademark.
