@hanwooj - i suppose you could. I rely heavily on the lemon balm for flavor. And I still have to let it steep/simmer for hours for what i call "pimped out flavored water" :) Its still refreshing and a nice taste of summer during ohio winters!
@MegaRocketLaunch - nope, i never had a problem tossing them fresh into the freezer. We do that with herbs we want to use over the winter and pesto sauce so i did the same for my tea. I just keep the bags in the freezer until i want to simmer them in hot water!
@ty2k4k - Not really! I let it steep for a long time though. It may take awhile b/c of the light taste in the lemon balm or the fact that i don't dry the herbs first.
Can you make tea with just chocolate mint! I am thinking of purchasing one to grow at home!
